Joey D discovered his passion for music at the tender age of 15 and was able to take that passion and turn it into a successful career! Long before DJ Pauly D was gelling up his hair, 16 year old Joey D had already started his own thriving DJ service that quickly gained notoriety throughout Fairfield and Westchester County New York. A mere four years later, at 20, Joey D was already spinning for some of the top venues in the tri-state area. like the legendary Palladium and the world famous Tavern on the Green in New York City.

When Joey was 27 he opened the popular Joey D’s Records, that catered to top DJs and music professionals. His expertise and knowledge about music attracted DJs from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, who soon traveled from all over for his fabulous music and programming advice.

By 1998, Joey was already the Head DJ at Lily's Beach Club in the Horizon Casino Resort, Lake Tahoe, Nevada and by 2002, Joey received the honor of becoming Head DJ and Music Director at Studio 54 in the MGM Grand, and has since held residencies and spun events at; the popular clubs Venus, Tangerine, Lucky Strike, Pure ,Cherry, Tryst, XS and many others. Today, Joey is one of Las Vegas' premiere music authorities and most sought after DJ’s still spinning at the top venues in Las Vegas. His passion that started as a teenager has driven him to become the amazing DJ and music authority that he is today.
